BOSTON HEALTH & RECOVERY Transportation enjoys the stewardship of caregiver directors with a combined experience spanning over 15 years working with the targeted population as direct-care workers in multiple capacities that include: DDS/DMH (as Residential counselors and Behavioral Specialists), VNA and Long Term Care (as Personal Care Attendant, Certified Nurse Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses). We have had an opportunity to positively impact lives of adults with developmental disabilities, mental and behavioral health, visiting nurse and long term care (Alzheimer, dementia) and medical/surgical nursing patients.

BOSTON HEALTH & RECOVERY offers a number of Non-emergency Medical Transportation services to special patients or patients that may not require ambulance transportation:
This includes:
Chair Vans: Our versatile chair vans can transport up to 3 wheelchairs or can seat up to 8 ambulatory passengers when the interchangeable bench seats are lowered. In either situation, each passenger has his/her own shoulder and seat belt. Wheelchairs are secured utilizing ratchet straps attached to the floor of the vehicle.
Activity Bus: We offer an activity bus for medium to large quantity groups. Please contact our main office at (877- 811-9310) to schedule an outing.
Bariatric Services: BOSTON HEALTH & RECOVERY provides routine transportation of bariatric patients weighing up to 650 lbs., and our staff is trained in the special requirements of treating and transporting larger patients. Each provider receives sensitivity, advanced safety and ergonomics training.
Dialysis Transportation: Our RN led staff cares directly for dialysis patients through this program, providing transportation to dialysis centers to ensure prompt and timely care.
